The fan has been already introduced at the beginning of the series, in OKEIKO 3, and we explained about the importance of the "kaname" i.e. pivot pin. Actually, near the "kaname" there is lead embedded. This is not found in fans used in daily life. This is a feature of the „Mai-ogi”, the fan that is used for Nihonbuyo. The lead serves as weight, which enables a display of various movements with the dancing fan.
